Shaping the future of your business

We are committed to providing high-quality internships, 100% funded through UK Shared Prosperity fund (UKSPF), for employers seeking to expand their teams with talented interns. These internships require a commitment of between 12 and 38 hours per week over a duration of 6 weeks, with compensation at least meeting the national living wage to those of 21 years or above, or if under 21, national minimum wage applies.

Our aim is to offer valuable opportunities to individuals who are currently outside the workforce or formal training, helping them overcome barriers and build brighter futures.

Our new funding offer includes:

  • 6 Weeks Fully Funded Salary: Intern salaries fully covered, based on National Minimum Wage (NMW) or National Living Wage (NLW), depending on age.
  • Extra £100 Weekly Subsidy: To support onboarding and other costs, such as equipment, employers will receive an additional £100 per week while the intern is on the Internship.
  • Working Hours: Interns can work between 12–38 hours per week, giving you the flexibility to suit your needs.
  • No Sustainability Requirement: No requirement for placements to lead to sustainable roles after 6 weeks.

“I would like to take this opportunity to express how much the internship programme has positively impacted Hope CIC. Thanks to this initiative, we’ve been able to take the organisation to the next level, both operationally and professionally. Through the support of our interns, we successfully created a structured database and developed methods to evaluate our work and project outcomes. We also launched new projects and designed sustainable income-generating schemes that will benefit our long-term community goals.

Thank you once again for giving us the opportunity to participate in the programme. Currently, we are working with six interns, and we’d love to add two more if that’s possible with you. I believe we are doing something truly meaningful, particularly for individuals who are interested to join”
